So basically this weather is wonderful. I have missed it so much. I was so excited to be able to wear a tank top and shorts today! < :) 3 <--- thats like my heart smiling haha. So I don't really have much to say but I thought I should update anyway. I guess i'm pretty excited that i'm going to a concert Saturday. Rams Head Live! That is my favorite concert venue. and i'm VIP which makes the concert even better haha. Backstageeeee! :) I had something else exciting going on but I don't really remember what right now...FAIL!

OH! so I just got a Mac and it is SO cool....much better than a PC...Who agrees??

I'm just about all appled out..iphone..mac..everything.

What does everyone think of that ipad? I personally think it is stupid. It's like a giant itouch.

not worth $700 at all.

Spring Break yay?

WORST SPRING BREAK EVER!
I decided oh hey it will be cool to go visit my sister, new born nephew and niece in north carolina and then stop and see a friend..WRONG

Car got broken into...Lost my laptop, GPS and ALL my gas money to get home..loosing my laptop means loosing my paper I just wrote for a class due MONDAY.FML

oh my..

So I was just looking through websites online and i found love.givesmehope.com and it is one of the best sites i have found in a long time. it is like FML.com but optimistic and love stories. I was like balling my eyes out after reading some stories. You should definitely check it out. but anyway..i've been thinking a lot about my wiki project and I finally decided that I'm going to make a page for a really good band that I like..they are a local PA band and aren't too huge but they are getting there. I kinda know the drummer too so he will help me with any information i need:) he is real excited about the page too...maybe it will help get their word out?

iphone

So I just got the iphone. and It's pretty spectacular. It's a lot different than my blackberry but in a good way. It's crazy all the thing it can do. The only think I don't like about it is the battery dies SO fast. it's terrible. I still have a lot of figuring out to do when it comes to using the phone though. Anyway, other than getting the iphone everything else is pretty boring. Same old same old. School and work. I think I might get a second job at DSW with all my friends. :)

Snow, snow..go away.

This snow is driving me mad. Apparently we haven't had this much snow since 1877 or something crazy. Maryland isn't supposed to have this much snow. THANK YOU GLOBAL WARMING. I hated snow before but now, with this huge amount of snow I REALLY hate it. Luckily I got snowed in with my best friend or I don't know what I would do. The first storm we had no internet or TV. They were the most boring 3 days of our lives. ha...but it made my media project a little bit easier:)...I missed the Superbowl which kind of sucked. I was so upset that the Colts lost. But I kinda had a feeling that they would..but I still hoped they would have won. So now I've missed a week of school. A week of work and 2 concerts:(...Thankfully they are rescheduling both concerts. Anyway, that is all for today.

Well well, what do we have here...

Well hello there! My name is Rachael. I am a freshman at Frederick Community College. I am majoring in Nursing. I am going to be a pediatric nurse when I get my degree:). I literally work, go to school, sleep and go to concerts. My music is my life. My favorite thing to do is go to concerts and not only hear the music but feel it..like the vibrations through your body, ya know? My favorite band is hotspur. They are a local to Baltimore band. They aren't very big right now but they are getting there. I see them at least once a month and are actually really good friends with the band members. It's fun because I know one day they are going to be at the top and I will be able to look back and remember when they were not known at all. Oh, and it's pretty cool because their new single, (which will probably get them over the edge and make them very well known) Heads/Tails...well they just shot the video for it...and I'm in it. Most of the bands I like are bands nobody has ever heard of such as The Spill Canvas, Matt Duke, Green River Ordinance, 2 am club, Breathe Carolina, Find Vienna, Every Avenue, A Rocket to the Moon, There for tomorrow, The Friday night boys, and so many more. Oh and something else really cool, almost every concert I have been to I have met them...besides Kelly Clarkson and Boys like girls. But that's okay. I have met Meg & Dia, Dave from Every Avenue, Cute Is What we aim for(and I frequently talk to Dave melillo from them), 2am club, Find Vienna(and I talk to the drummer a lot), Hotspur and others but I can't think about anymore right now. My favorite movie is Law Abiding Citizen...simply because it is bad@$$. and It has Gerard Butler in it and he is my favor tie actor. My favorite actress would have to be Sarah Jessica Parker. I have lived in MD all my life and am very ready to get out. I plan on transferring as soon as possible. Most likely to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. That was where I was supposed to go instead of FCC..but I couldn't get a loan on my own. They sucky part about that was that I had everything ready. I went to orientation, just set up my classes, had a roommate and the down payment on my dorm. Then I was told I can't go. Oh well..I'll get there eventually. North Carolina is my favorite state. I love it down there; the weather, the people; the city. I especially love North Carolina because that is where my sister and niece live. They are the most important people in my life. My sister is my best friend and my niece is my world. I plan on living in North Carolina when I create a life of my own. If that doesn't work out I will live in the south. Anywhere in the south really. Well I really have nothing else to say. So that's all for now. I'm sure I will be updating soon for my media class.
